HS QB and JUCO DT/NG on campus this weekend

Yeah, I don't think the QB is THAT impressive, but that DT... man! Sure he's slow, but at that weight, he should be. I was just surprised to see how many people he chased down from behind because he didn't give up on plays. I think he could fill in nicely in the spot vacated by Givens, even if he may not have quite the same skill set yet.
I'm thinking the exact opposite of you guys. I was pretty impressed with the QB. Reminds me a lot of Stratton (the other QB commit). The DT was good for JUCO ball, but I'm not sure he has what it takes to make it in FBS football. His first movement when the ball is hiked is to stand straight up. He will get pushed 10 yards down field if he tries that against the offensive lineman we face week in and week out. He's a big boy, but he will be going against guys the same size in the MWC. We will see how everything works out (if he commits), but he better learn to stay lower unless he enjoys being on his back.
