How?

I don't like to talk bad about specific players, so I will go with the product in general. There is no will and no fire - they are crushed. Almost across the board, they look grade schoolers trying to hang against men. Really disappointing as this could've been the lone glimmer or salvation in this abortion of a season.

I agree, but it is what it is. Our players aren't good enough. We need help.
The whole team appears to have quit mid season. That's beyond bad players.

Covering the spread used to be the "moral victory."

Now it is "not getting shut out."

Someone blow a kazoo and throw some confetti.

I want to see _some_ improvement week to week, but I'm pretty sure there wasn't anything but regression in the one game I cared about. The one game the whole team should have cared about. Sure, there were injuries and players were dropping like flies, but man... that many injuries can't be random bad luck, can it? We were dominated at the line of scrimmage by a pretty sad team. We turned the ball over 4 times...

I don't know. It sucks to be a Wyoming Poke sometimes.

The really disturbing part is the lack of a spark in the young talent. Set aside Hill and Wingard (who is a good, solid player in his own right) and I'm really not seeing hope for the next few seasons. The young receivers can't even seem to get on the field, and when they do, they're completely listless. It's a stripped program right now.

thats not true. Its impossible to think our players have quit mid season. We have been told over and over that the players haven't quit. That is what they did under DC but it is impossible for that to happen under Bohl. He is too much of a motivator and leader of men to have the team quit mid season. :sarcasm:(if it wasn't obvious)

How? We are slow, weak, small, young, inexperienced and talentless.
But Uso squatted like 750 pounds and all of our guys have dropped so much fat and replaced it with fast twitch, explosive muscle mass.... You mean that doesn't translate to success on the field...?

Uce is a beast but it does not translate into football strength. He has such short levers that he can't get to anyone. A "long" o-lineman can keep him leveraged and consequently off balance fairly easy.

What are you people expecting? It is the same team that had depth, experience, size issues just one week ago. Did you expect drastic improvement with our 3rd string QB or since we are missing our best receiver?

Someone needs to call Bohl and let him know Granderson is too small and needs to eat more. Same with all our linebackers. Same with all our freshman defensive backs.

The loss sucked....no denying that. But, CSU was a 10 win team a year ago and returned much more starters and depth than we did.

If you guys are expecting drastic improvement weekly I don't know what to say except....nothing has changes in regards to our personnel. This is a 4 years minimum rebuild of the program.

I also find it funny what fans say our team quit. Our team allowed 21 quick points and didn't piss all over themselves. Otherwise it would have been a DC type blowout. DC's defenses allowed an average of 37 point in year 5 of his coaching stint in Laramie.

Oh Jimmy.............. To answer your question I would look all the way back to week one. My expectation is that we don't have two of the worse losses in school history during this so called re-building" process. Week one we were at "Full strength" if you can call it that and still got our asses handed to us by a bad lower level team. But hey at least we have some national recognition as we battle all year for the WORSE TEAM in the country!

What more could a fan ask for. We have been handed two of the worse losses ever and we have been in the bottom five teams in the entire country for most of the year. Looks like we have no choice but to be better next year! SMH

Will it get any better, will we beat UNLV at least???? "be patient, be patient" wow, 1-11 or 2-10 it sucks regardless

I plan to use this exact logic on my next performance review! Thanks!
