I don't think this helps us much because 1) still out of our price range and 2) i don't know if it impacts transfers??? Maybe it does?

So it seems they are at least working towards a few rules on this stuff so it can’t just be a free for all.

Athletes can’t just show up to sign autographs anymore and get paid.

Seems from this article that the only way to get paid is that it has to be attached to a business and the business has to somehow be making a profit from it through sales of goods or services.
