The man is going to take another head coaching job in the nfl next season after his son graduates high school.
He is one bad ass coach. He is intense and knows defense.
I want him in Laramie! We would only give up 10 points a game with him.

Okay:

Head coach-Lloyd Eaton (but make sure no Black 14-esque situations come up) knew talent when he saw it, taught hard nosed football, and could recruit the talent he needed.
Assistant HC-Paul Roach (but younger than he was when he actually took over, so as to take over for Eaton when he retires), basically younger version of Eaton.
DC-Mike Breske. Had some of the best defenses at Wyoming in modern times, and that was with either FCS guys, or diamond in the rough. Give him quality recruits, and woah boy!
OC-Joe Tiller. Had some of our best offenses ever under him.
QB coach-Dave Christensen. What can I say, he knows QBs and learned from Tiller's offense.
