Hill to Hotlanta,

I don't know who their 3rd RB is, but I'd guess he'll make it. Will probably need to contribute on special teams early.

Pretty disappointing landing spot. Kind of an odd team to take hill. I figured he would land on a team with a need at that position and not depth at that position

Ya very curious as to why they picked him up. Have to hope they see him for his potential and not as a project back.

He's always been a day 3 prospect. Teams don't wait until rounds 4-7 to start drafting for "needs", it's for depth and to fill out their rosters

I don't know if that's true. Look at some of the guys drafted around him. Mcnickols and Williams out of byu are expected to be competing for starting spots with the teams that drafted them.

I think most hoped he would at least be a primary backup who would work his way into playing time early. Even in the 4th-5th, that's very possible at RB. But not only is he a 3rd string guy, he's behing arguably the league's best RB tandem.

Three degrees of separation

Hill's new head coach is Dan Quinn
Dan Quinn used to be a position coach in Seattle when Gus Bradley was a coach there
Gus Bradley is a former Craig Bohl assistant

Also, Falcons secondary coach is Doug Mallory, the former Wyoming coach's brother
