Hendricks to CSU

Former Poke LB Brian Hendricks is now the GA on the defense for CSU....that blows...
Especially after his dad thought he was gonna commit to CSU and then Brian visited UW and knew instantly that he wanted to be a Cowboy.
Well good luck to him on the coaching, hopefully he gets a job somewhere else next season so I can cheer for him again.

He is Marty's boy. Marty recruited (and landed) him, and coached him his entire UW career. And now they are reunited again. Brian's dad, to be honest, was quite a "sport" about Brian attending UW - all things considered. But I guess you gotta go where your gut tells you...and at that time it wasn't CSewe.

Brian is a Poke die hard and was at a few games last season. Sorry to see him down south.

Didn't he break his leg in a training camp for the Redskins or something? If so, I can see why he would take a college job. Wish it was just about any other school, but I can sympathize.

Though, what do you tell your players when you beat some of them 44-0 a couple years ago?

You say "Hey - I was the enemy - now lets get this thing turned around and get the boot." I'm sick now....but thats how I would start it...gaggggggg

Gotta do what you gotta do. Ultimately, it's fun to hate CSU but it's really just another school.
