I have a few...but they will get you kicked out, so use accordingly:

The classic:

"FUCK YOU HEATH" or you could draw the middle finger and put "HEATH" under it.

The informative:

"HEATH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS GAME NOT BEING SOLD OUT"

The vulgar:

"HEATH STILL JERKS OFF TO A PICTURE OF TOM BURMAN"

Or you could get blown up pictures like this, and caption them "CRAZY FUCKER"
