Wyoming and Air Force will meet today for the 51st time overall and the 32nd time as conference foes.
The first game between the Cowboys and Falcons was played on Nov. 2, 1957, in War Memorial Stadium, where the two teams battled to a 7-7 tie.
It has been a close and competitive series ever since, even though Air Force leads the overall series 26-21-3. That margin is due to a recent five-game AFA winning streak (2006-10).
