Just stopping by and seeing if anyone had any questions about the game or even those who might want some suggestions coming to town for the game.

After the big win at Rutgers, football is back off life support after the PSU game, still not even sure what team that was who showed up. The team from Saturday would have dropped 60 on the Vikings.

Crowd should be pretty good after the 44 degree rain soaked turd of labor day weekend. Half the student body went home after only being in school 2 weeks and the other half went to the Dave Mathews concert at the Gorge Amphitheater.

They are expecting about 12,000 students for this one and I know all the 500 spaces in the RV lots are sold out as people are looking everywhere to buy spots on the web.

For those coming to town for the first time, Pullman is awesome and visiting fans are always treated well(except on greek row by drunk 19 year old losers).

Any thing specific about what to do, where to eat, and general info let me know.

The stadium is awesome, especially since the 150 million dollar rebuild finished last fall. It is now a legit college stadium, no longer looks like an outhouse put on top of a concrete wall. When it is full that place is insanely loud as the press box goes the length of the south sideline and the top is over 120ft above the field keeping the sound in, basically a giant wall.

Safe travels and hope for an injury free game.

Welcome to the board.

Your thoughts on Cody, Wyoming, born and raised, Mike Leach?

I wasn't looking forward to this game three weeks ago. After what's transpired in the last two weeks... I don't even want to talk about it.

He inherited the worst Power 5 football team I have ever seen in 2011. Taken him 4 classes to fill this roster with Pac 12 talent. Only 2 kids left from the last staff and there were like 20 that were arrested in the last 4 years and thrown off. WSU was about 1 jump ahead of Rutgers 4 years ago.

Leach takes a ton of crap because of his personality. I have meet him a few times a football functions and they guy is really nice. Will go out of his way to talk to you about anything you ask him.

I think he is pretty dang close to turning this thing around. Next year WSU could be filthy good. They lose 2 OL, 1 WR, 1 DT and 1 LB in the entire 3 deep. WSU could make a bowl this year if it all falls right, but next year they are going to be hell on wheels .

The worst thing about parking at WSU is well where they make you park if you are not a pass holder anymore. Used to be able to park really close, but that is all reserved now. You will be sent out past the stadium, then right up a hill. The first zone is in a dirt area over looking the stadium. If you drive past that you will come to some dorms and, apts and a large grass field. Take a left and there is a huge parking lot where one of my old apartments was, that is you best option. Or you can generally park in one of the churches right by campus for a fee. The places closest to the stadium are now for folks with parking passes.

Definitely cruise through the RV lots by the Stadium, they are huge. There are few motels in Pullman/Moscow so RVs are a big deal. I think they have something like 500 spots and they will all be full. Always have your drink in a solo cup, Pullman cops are just Nazi's out to find something to do after a summer of complete boredom .

Food depends on what you want.

Burger: Cougar Country
Calazone's Pizza: Sella's A total Pullman Tradition, 64oz mason jar beers.
South Fork Public house, really good
Rancho Viejo
New Garden for Chinese
Old European for breakfast
Birch and Barley
Stay away from the fireside oh my.

There is beer, wine, hard liquor and food in the field house on the north side of the stadium and they have TVs with all the games going on. It is huge and is usually packed. Also a huge bar with food on the practice field right behind the west endzone(open at halftime as well). If you have kids this area is also full of blow up bounce toys for them to play on. The student union has a subway, Mexican place, panda express, and pizza pipline on the main floor.

I'm hoping my media pass comes w/ a parking pass, so maybe I won't have to worry too much about parking. In tailgate spots do you have to go the Solo route? I'll cruise through the tailgates for sure. Excited for the game, hopefully the weather cooperates. I'm staying in Spokane due to the lack of hotels in Pullman/Moscow.

Yep bring a Solo cup. The cops in Pullman really, really suck.

Weather is supposed to be good, so there is that. If you get a parking pass you will most likely park where I do in the fine arts garage. It is an elevator ride up to Glen Terrel Mall and a 75ft walk to the stadium.

The insane tailgate lot is right across from the stadium, the big money donors. Some serious rides, guys with keg taps on trailers type of stuff. The next one is by the indoor practice facility and this is where all the family RVs start, I love staying there when my friends and I bring an RV once in a while.

Everything is on a massive hill so everyone bring good walking shoes or you will be sorry. You will be able to pick up the senior girls just look at their calves.

All you have to do is look at their calves!!?? You just increased guest attendance by 4K. Every WYO male college student is saddling up

btw, I know you meant "pick out" but I had to chuckle.

Yeah Iphone let me down on that one.

Pullman is so f'ing hilly. There are 3 hills in town. Sunnyside Hill, where the towns people live, Military Hill where the profs live and College hill were all the students live. Downtown is so far below where the stadium is, the walk up is just brutal.

The stadium is just up past the clock tower on the left

Welp, I'm gonna spend a lot of time looking at calves this weekend! Don't mind me, just checking to see if you're a post-grad or not!

I have never been, but it looks beautiful. If we had a team, I would be there.

I like your HC as well - funny cat.

I think he means that they are cows.

When I first saw the username I thought "The fuck is a BYU fan doing HERE?" and then I saw it was about the Washington State game and then I thought "Oh, okay." And then he said all we have to do is look at the senior girls' calves and I go "Are you sure you're NOT a BYU fan?"
