Good Marketing Idea for 1/14 SDSU Game

Hopefully this goes out in an email to students. UW is crazy if they think students check the athletics website regularly.

I think this will be awesome
 
Great idea. They ARE a really good band. Good chance to listen to good music and then get your mug on ESPN2 during the Pokes-Aztecs clash.
 
Unfortunately, I expect a small crowd at this one. The game doesn't tip until 9 on a week night. Most people (like myself) will not drive into Laramie for a game that won't even get over until 11 with work the next day. If this game was on a Friday or Saturday, I would be all over it. I also think the old timers will think it is too late as well.

I haven't gotten one. Actually, the only athletics email I got this whole semester was regarding the kickoff concert at the end of August. UW could definitely improve on this.
 
I haven't got an email about that, but I'm sure they will. I get one before every game talking about whats going on, just got one about the 2 border wars (men & women) and the boise gome today. Really bummed I won't get to make it to those though
