Especially if Vigen doesn't have a better gameplan than "vanilla".LaradiseCowboy said:Going into the season, I thought we might have a fighting chance against Oregon. Anyone who's watching the Nebraska/Oregon game and has half a brain cell knows we're going to get slaughtered next week. This is not the same Oregon team that showed up last season.
It will be a good test for our improved defense. Hopefully they can walk away with something to gain, but I'm losing $200 next week without a doubt.

Did Gardner Webb get tough? Or did we change our offensive plan? If we changed our offensive plan, why? Was it bad coaching or intentional coaching to take a different look at our offense. If none of us know the answer to these questions, we are just pissing in the wind with our ignorant comments.
We are now 1-1 and have a very tough Oregon team coming to Laramie next Saturday.

I might be ignorant, but I do know having the entire team rush for 65 yards....think about that for a minute, 65 miserable yards against a bad FCS team does not bode well for the future. It doesn't matter if it is play calling, blocking, poor decisions by the backs, or a combination of the 3, it is a major shit show that could turn this into another 4-8 or 3-9 season.

But think about what VIGEN means: Virtually Impotent Going Endlessly Nowhere.Poke-proud said:Especially if Vigen doesn't have a better gameplan than "vanilla".

Well, that's what happens when you run for -2 to 3 yards on first and second. It's funny how many times we tried to FORCE runs to try and get it going, only for Allen to be forced to make a 10 yard play on third down to get a new set of downs.
