Set the MWC and Wyoming records for most All-Purpose Yards in a game.

Hill beat up pretty good tonight. ok with pulling him. Will need the rest of the way healthy. He did get the all purpose yds team record.

Actually Mountain West record, not just team!!

Best night of Wyoming Football in a long time, Probably since Air Force last year was the last time we beat down a team like this.

So nice to see our guys put it on their lips after they kicked the shit out of us these last years. Proud of how they all played! Everybody had a great game

And the entire conference just simultaneously let out a very loud "WTF, where'd these guys come from?!"

We are Wyoming, Bitches!

Thank you Cowboys for hanging in there, working hard, stepping up when you were called, and showing us that you are all Cowboy tough! Best I've felt after a Poke game in too long!

He likes to sing
Raggy music to the cattle
As he swings back and forth in the saddle
Of a horse (pretty good horse!)
He's a syncopated gaiter
And you oughta hear the meter of the roar of his repeater

Oh they run when they hear him coming
cuz the western folks all know
He's a high falluting, rootin tootin
son of a gun from ol Wyoming

Rag time Cowboy
(Talk about yer cowboy)
Rag time Cowboy Joe!

One thing I really enjoyed seeing, not sure if anyone else noticed:

The one area Greenlee was making some hay in was keeping the ball and running. I noticed after a while we dropped a D-lineman out of pass-rushing to spy him and at that point he completely collapsed. Nice to see an adjustment like that.

#62 on the D-Line really liked his motor and pass-rush but keep him out of the game on running downs, yikes!

Well, he is only 203lbs DE. But he is a Wyoming boy.

Tons of kids making the most of their opportunity with the injuries we have. Great to see that there is some talent in that depth chart.

POKES really needed this. I hope this builds some momentum so that we can challenge the "better" teams in the MWC. Still a shot at a bowl, but USU game will be critical.

My only complaint is that we pulled Stover's RS for only 2-3 plays.

It used to be you'd still keep your RS if you play in less than 10% of your teams game in a season, so in FB that's one free pass, has this changed?

Otherwise great game by Hill and Colby, and the entire team and staff. This victory is spread across the board!

All I can say is wow. I wasn't able to watch the game but between this board and my dads updates, sounds like the pokes put on a show. Are we putting it together, are we going to make a run at a bowl, or was it a fluke? What's the consensus?

Seeing that RS pulled only tells me the coaching staff expects Wick out most or all of the the season. If you think about it before we had May, Wick and Hill. With May and Wick gone we needed 2 more RB's in the core and it's good for him to start getting playing time early as possible.
