doesn't anyone think Riley and Josh Adams should be benched if they cannot make jumper and 3 point?
Our guards were just outplayed again just like the last time we played UNLV in Thomas and Mac.
They seemed to have no skill to match up UNLV guards neither penetration nor jumper.
In the middle of the game, they also seemed to have zero confidence as I saw they could not shoot 3 when they were free.
Riley and Josh just passed ball to Gilmore even though they were just free, Gilmore was just blocked in the end
It just sucks we have no one to replace them.

I guess I'll see the bright side. With the big dogs out with injury and suspended, our underclassmen are seeing some good minutes, especially Cooke. This season had a lot of promise if Martinez had been on team, but took a serious blow. Wyoming isn't a team that can afford to lose one of its best players.

Jack Bentz, in the last four games he's 4-8, the only intangible is he had one steal. And he's 1-3 from free throw.
Nathan Sobey, Maybe. He's sketchy. He's 5-16 from the field. 5-12 from 3pt, but in the last 3 he is only 2-9. Intangibles, he makes free throws (12-14 in the last five games) and can steal the ball.
Jason McManamen, In his last for games (of any significance, meaning over 5 minutes of playing time) he is 5-9 from the field, 3-6 from 3pt, and 2-2 at Ft.
Adams, his last five games he is 10-35 from the field.(that number wouldn't look that bad except after last night), 2-10 from 3 pt, The only player doing any better, Sobey, 12-20 from free throw, yes, needs work, but, remember he's also been battling the flu the last two games. When your sick, your shot is not on. But he is capable more so of intangibles, Rebounds, assists, stls, and even blocks (as we have witnessed with a few of his espn top ten plays.) He is a baller and he works hard.
Gillmore, is a senior Leader who just down right struggled last night. But his numbers speak for themselves. He's the number one guard on this team.
Grabau, has not been the same Grabau since he hurt his knee early in the year. He used to be confident in his dribble and his shot, now you can clearly match the Grabau today to the Grabau from pre injury and see that he passes up on dribbling and will just pass off and he does not jump the same for his shot. Whch everyone knows if their is even a minor change made to how you shoot, it affects your whole shot.
So, pick your poison. Who would you like?
At least next year we will have a more confident Adams, and Healthy Grabau. Better 3 pt snipers in Sobey and Mcman, and, Hankerson. The true slasher we've been wanting.

All I can say about the Sellers kid is that he busted ass, hustled, banged and scored 10. Call me crazy but I was semi impressed.
2. On Gilmore, Lately he is scoring huge, playing solid d handling the rock making things happen when others are standing around and not doing jack squat. What the fuck are you watching , your probably think Washington shooting 3' s is a good thing I BLEED BROWN AND GOLD.
