Future years.

Yes I should be focusing on the team this year but watching our young guys is exciting.

Next year Adams and Grabau will be sophomores, and Nance will be a junior. And Hankerson being a jr. Along with Keonta Vernon coming in.

The year after. Adams will be a jr and Nance and Hankerson will be seniors. Along with Keonta Vernon being a sophomore. And of course the kids that we don't even know anything about right now that are yet to commit to Wyo and the ones who are riding the bench right now (McManamen, Sellers, etc)

I am beyond stoked right now for this team this season even after the heart breaker last night, but Shyatt is building a great program and if we ever do get one of those Top50 or maybe even better prospects, ya know, a kid who can come in right away and be a 1 and done or 2 and done type kids, we could seriously be Sweet 16 every year.

Anywho...Go Pokes!

Geez Beaver.....took you all of one loss to start looking ahead? :P This team is fine, the MWC will be tough for all. Goal now is to avoid that dreaded 0-2 start.

Haha no no no. I haven't had internet since I got back in Laramie so I wasn't able to post, but was thinking about the game and the people we have returning and coming in.

I still think we can pull our shit together and go on a big run in the MWC. I still think this team can win it.

I said the other day we can get 3/4 wins over CSU, and BSU. Now...we just gotta win the remaining 3 over those guys lol.

No I am not looking past this season cuz I think we will finish top 3 and make the dance, but the future of UW hoops is lookin good!

This team will be fine.....lots of basketball left. At least Wyo lost to a solid team.....SDSU almost lost to a Fresno team expected to finish dead last.

Zona is about to go down to Oregon.....so only Duke and who are undefeated?

Good catch Cuttslam Grabau will be a jr.

And if Zona loses then the only 2 undefeateds are Duke and Michigan.

enjoy this season and yee haw!! strap in it's not going to be easy but effort and hustle is the most fun type of bball to watch in my honest opinion.

I agree, I love watching these Pokes play. I feel like they run their offense very good. Lot's of screens and open looks on the perimeter, then lots of down low post play.

The only other type of offense I like to watch more than this is McClains where they just run and gun. Run and gun. Of course that isn't as smart or safe, but from just a fans prospective it is fun.

Maybe that's because I was a kid watching Bailey tear it up so I like that more, but I prefer Shyatts offense because I feel like it gives us a better chance at winning the game
