Fresno @ WYO

Don't understand why Herndon wasn't played more??? With Larry just getting back from illness and the way Alan has been playing as of late (not to mention he had really good, but limited, minutes...), why wasn't he in the game more. I think this was a big coaching error tonight.....

After losing the TO battle 14-5, and the Points off Turnovers 17-2, I can't believe the final score was even as close as it ended up. This definitely looks like a one-and-done in the MWC tourney type of team right now.

And it pains me to think about next season. Adams + the bench guys who can't crack the rotation now. Will we even get to wear the home jerseys in the play-in game in next year's tourney?

Just calling it like I see it. Maybe Herndon wouldn't have made a difference, but why not work more of your bench when what is on the floor isn't working? It's not like we were playing a high pressure defense like SDSU or BSU...

Oh I know and I agree. I'm just saying there are those around here who get quite crabby if you have the nerve to doubt Shyatt

I like Cooke and Hank, but seeing their drama Twitter feeds is irritating. Tweets before games and such I think show a lack of focus and tonight was evident of that. Couldn't catch, couldn't pass, couldn't shoot. Come on guys. We need you to perform. Social media really is a distraction I think. Utah's coach asked players to not do the social media thing during season. I thought he was crazy. I actually see the logic now.

I'm not blaming this loss on social media, but I sense we are losing focus as a team.

I have all the faith in the world for Shyatt as our coach. Sometimes his focus gets a bit too narrow and one of the other coaches need to step in and broaden that view. He's the one that put the quote on the board about the definition of insanity...he needs to keep it in mind....

Yep, they drink lots of kool-aid and wear Dark sunglasses.

This team will lose its first game in the MWC tournament. It's over. And don't accept some lame ass CBI bid either.
Go F yourself

Nicely put, well thought out, and rational reply.

It was do or die tonight (for the rest of season, really). We died. Fucking kills me. I wanted so much more for Nance.

Yeah yeah yeah this loss sucked. But on a lighter note... Did you guys see the student in the front row with a red number 3 jersey and a crying baby mask imitating guerrero's every move during timeouts? It was beautiful.

This game was a disaster, no other way to put it.

If something miraculous doesn't happen the Pokes are headed to the CBI once again....

The CBI - it's like being in a bar at closing time and ALL of the good looking women, ALL of the average looking women, and ALL of the ugly women have left the building with someone else - and the only thing left for us is the sisty uglies....and they are willing to dance, you just have to write them a check for $35,000 before you can saddle up. Fuuuuuuuccccckkkkkkkk!!!!!!! Oh the life of a Cowboy fan. Just when you start feeling better they kick you right square in the nuts.

They better decline CBI it's pointless and embarrassing.

Welp didn't see the game but this sucks. Nice thing is now we don't have to argue about an at large bid. Shitty thing is I don't really need to watch the games until the MWC tourney. It's now officially win the tourney time or bust. I might go crawl underneath a rock until then and remerge pumped up ready to go. I'll find that spirit again after some soul searching.

Sad. Nance, Adams and players calling out fans on Twitter. I rest my case. Stay away from social media players. The fan's tweet said, "Hankerson needs benched." Is that attacking a player? I personally didnt think that was attacking Hank. Just voicing opinion. This is a spiral. Social media can be a blessing and a cursing for players and fans.

Be above the fray, players. Stay focused.

So going after a player when they are struggling and you expect them NOT to feel like they are being attacked? Especially after a tough home loss? Question, are you sober when you do this?

If "Hankerson should be benched"...which, BTW, had no twitter handles in the tweet, meaning the players are searching their names on Twitter, results in Nance telling a fan he's stripped him of his fanhood, I'd hate to think what those players would say about some of the things posted here on WyoNation.

I don't know, maybe I have thicker skin. What's taking place on Twitter right now is horrible. I see both perspectives.

Fans have the right to criticise. Players have the right to defend themselves. Both, are equally unhealthy and HUGE distraction.

I'm simply saying, players, let it roll off your back. Move on.
