This all came about because Ole Miss threw Houston Nutt under the bus and then refused to offer an acceptable settlement. It sounds like Houston Nutt's attorneys found these phone calls through discovery requests...and now Ole Miss is REALLY wishing they hadn't thrown Houston Nutt under the bus.
