I'd say Oregon's uni choice is less about breast cancer awareness and more about marketing. That said, I actually think it looks kinda cool. Now a pink helmet with brown and gold unis would look very odd.

Wish we had the same relationship with NIKE. It is amazing what one donor/sponsor can do for a university.

My thoughts exactly. Wasn't really noticeable from the stands, but it would have driven me nuts if I were watching on TV with all the closeups!

Oregon went from highlighter yellow to highlighter pink!

BTW, Nike's CFO (maybe previous) is a Montana alum.. needless to say, we have a decent Nike contract. Not Oregon nice, but decent.

Also, Oregon is selling 25 of those pink helmets and donating it straight to ..... something cancer related. I read it this morning but since forgot.
