Football front office

I've said it before but Belechick without rules is going to teach these college guys something. First thing he did was set up a "front office". The sheep (and I'm sure others) are following. This isn't going to be a fad. It'll be a successful piece to a football program.

This sounds like he is working for the coach. The head coach needs to report to the general manager. Stanford and North Carolina have the right approach. It may not pay as much as the head coach, but he's basically in charge of roster management and working on transfers, NIL dollars and player movement.
