Shyatt says that he and Donovan are "best friends." I wonder -- after Shyatt gets this thing turned around in a couple years -- if they're good enough friends that Florida will sign a home-and-home contract with the Pokes?

I was thinking something similar. I would say there is a fair chance. However, if the Pokes improve a lot, then I think there is not a good chance. I dont think Florida would come if they thought there was even a chance they could lose.

Especially when there are so many teams they could play that are closer to home. Granted the basketball team is completely different from the football team, but I think I read somewhere where the Gator football team hasn't played on ooc game outside the state of Florida since 1991 or something like that.
