I honestly believe he is exactly what UW and the Bot want. Safe and few problems.

It is painfully obvious Institutional aspiration for success is merely a stated goal, not a goal that is acted upon.

This is different from player aspirations for success. I'm sure most student athletes work hard and strive for success.
 
It's just frustrating because not only is he doing a poor job, but he is making $555k a year to do it.

There are handful of people in this state that make that much money and two of them are people under him. I've posted this before, UW could pay him half of that and he would still be there. Nobody else is paying him this much money to do this (or anything else) anywhere. Yet, there is 0 success of any sort to even point to.
 
This thread makes the most sense to me. I don’t want any coaches fired if he is in charge of picking another coach. The fire Jay Sawvel crowd needs to realize this. I’m also an AZ cards fan. I have come to the realization that as long as Bidwell owns the team, we will suck. Have to “cut off the head” before any real change can happen.
