Wyoming adds Ball State and Portland State to future football schedules (fbschedules.com)

The Wyoming Cowboys have added the Ball State Cardinals and the Portland State Vikings to their future football schedules, FBSchedules.com has learned.

Wyoming and Ball State will play a home-and-home series in 2020 and 2021, according to a copy of the contract obtained from Wyoming via an open records request.

Wyoming has been busy with adjusting their future schedules over the last few months. The Cowboys dropped a 2018 game at Idaho, added Weber State for 2020, and added a trip to Arizona State in 2024.

I like the ASU game, but that is 8 years down the road (who knows if it will happen), and is clearly a 1 and done.

I was thinking they beat Washington St. this year. I was confusing them with Eastern Washington. You are correct. They suck. So, good job, Burman!

I was hesitant to post this news because it wasn't exactly inspiring. Has Burman reached out for 1-and-1s with other G5 conference members like:

American (Cincinnati, Navy, Houston)
CUSA (UTEP, La Tech, UTSA)

No chance at 1-and-1s with the coattail riders in the P5? (Iowa State, Kansas, Oregon State, etc.)
