Pretty lazy column. The writer omitted the Cowboy Joe happenin's at the Dirty Bourbon on Friday night. Zero mention of restaurants or saloons that Wyoming fans might find appealing. Even if the writer hasn't spent much time in Albuquerque and Northern New Mexico, it's not too hard to simply pull up Yelp or Urban Spoon.

I posted the activities schedule a week ago or so, but you are right. What the heck to do and where to go in ABQ is a good subject.

I'll go with the food and places I might hit depending on timing. Although, I've only been to Tuscano's Brazilian Grill (twice) and would go again if downtown (can always hammer down beers while waiting for your table and they'll have football on)

Thinking about dinner and steaks - Paul's Monterey Inn (reasonable) or Marcello's (high end)

Mexican (too many to chose from) - Perea's (breakfast-lunch), El Nortino (lunch-dinner)

Diner fare- Roper's Restaurant (some of everything and nary a bad review)

Pub and Grubs - Two Fools

Pizza and subs - Dion's, Saggio's

Most of these are east of I-25, but the biggest question regarding food is, "Where do we eat after getting toasted at the Dirty Bourbon Saloon on Friday night!" or "Where's the best happy hour?"
