Sadly, there's no "easy" way to get backup video off of new DVRs since they're all using weird proprietary formats for storing your recordings.


However, you can easily "re-record" with a video capture card in your computer hooked up to your DVR as if it was the TV.

So if its 133 in Cheyenne, does anybody know if it is the same in Casper? Or if not what it is there?

i'd go to charter's website and click on channel lineup for your city and it'll show ya what's up, it's 133 in Casper too just looked it up

As far as i could tell (through a phone conversation mind you) was that it was not available on bresnan in Casper
