Wyoming drops a spot listed 5th. Not surprised with the loss of Luke Martinez. Wyoming is probably not going to get much respect right now until it can win some more games without Luke or Luke comes back. After looking more into the type of injury Luke has it seems we probably aren't going to get him back until the last week of January or the first week of February which will be halfway through conference play. Going to be a tough road ahead.

I don't necessarily disagree, especially with Luke's absence, but I have a problem with Katz's reasoning. His justification is that we have only beaten one likely NCAA tourney team (CU). He is correct, but tell me who CSU has beaten that is going to the tourney? The answer is nobody. Their best win is maybe Virginia Tech (who also lost to Georgia Southern and got annihilated by BYU). CSU doesn't have any wins over likely NCAA tourney teams, plus they have a loss to UIC (decent, but not great team, Illinois State is better).

Wyoming just won't get any respect anytime soon. We have to keep winning and force them to respect us as they aren't going to any other way and 1 loss to any team in the conference outside of the top 3 will immediately get us shunned.
