ESPN E:60 Tonight

One of the topics; the scandals at the Air Force Academy. Will be interesting to watch. I like E:60, it's like actual person centered sports journalism, unlike most of ESPN's crap.

I agree - I like E:60, mostly good stuff. Will be interesting to see this. Is it 7pm EST?

I am really looking forward to the part of the report that documents in 2012 when the AFA coach had a player fake an injury and the opposing team's coach lost his dam mind over it and went on a f-bomb tirade for the ages, ending with him calling the AFA head coach Mr. F^&^&* Howdy Doody and "Flyboy"

Three AFA Football cadets were convicted of sex assault. The Administration routinely protected players from OSI. A confidential informant who helped the cadets get convicted was discharged before graduation for drinking in the dorms and other things he did while assisting in the investigation. The administration blocked the protection OSI was trying to give him during his hearing and he got the giant retaliatory stiff according to him and one of the investigators. The man who presided over this all as the Superintendent of the academy is now on the college football playoff committee so that's awesome.

Well, that explains a few things.

I hope that the informant (Thomas?) gets cleared, and is allowed to reinstate / graduate. That was the ultimate example of throwing somebody under the bus. Especially with the combination of throwing the OSI director under the bus as well. What further sickened me, is the new director / chancellor / whatever (lady) seems to be just as corrupt and unwilling to do what is correct, as the guy (the general) she replaced.

Bottom line - I enjoyed hearing the informant (Thomas?) say that if he had the choice to do it all over again, he absolutely would, as his efforts landed three cadets in jail that are convicted rapers.

Oh, and also, I guarantee you it was much worse - and much more went on, than was reported in just that short amount of time allowed. Liked the story of the small kid with that horrific disease and his befriended dog as well.

Absolutely. There was a clear systematic rape ring those guys had going, who knows how many their work prevented. I was also disappointed in the new superintendent, especially as a woman, to just play ignorant about what went on. Not to mention howdy doody is still in charge for the foreseeable future.
