I'm surprised nobody's linked to this article yet. It's from ESPN's College Football section and was posted yesterday:

Glenn also led the team to a bowl win in his first season, but was not able to replicate the success

Graham could use some research.. Joe was 4-7 in his first year at UW.

Big difference, Joe made it to the LV Bowl with Koenig's recruits, Dave make it largely with his recruits.

Really? I guess 5 starters out of 22 qualifies as "largely Dave's recruits". I'll admit that our best player last year was a freshman and that the guys Dave brought in made some big contributions to the team, but a majority of the players on the field were still recruited by Joe Glenn. I see that as a good thing though. I think the recruits Dave is bringing in are of a much higher caliber than what Joe Glenn ever did. If DC can win with the limited talent we had, he should have no problem winning with his own guys.

Agreed, and its not even really debatable. There were some big time 1st year players DC recruited...but the majority of the team was still Glenn's.
