Even without TCU, and with Boise, we are still well ahead of where we were when the conference started. We'll get back to the level we were again unless the bcs comes up with another plan to hold us down. Wyoming needs to step up to the level of where Utah, bywho, or TCU was (and I emphasize "was" because they will probably never get back to that level again).
