Dominos pizza charging Huskers more for pizza

really funny stuff there wonder if it'll hold up???? really sad how many Pokes fans "sold" out to the Fusker fans, i know $$ talks but come on...GO POKES
 
It's nothing against the Nebraskans - it's just that corn-topped pizza costs more because corn is now so expensive with all that corn being diverted to ethanol. Why do you think popcorn costs so much at the movies? :popcorn:

You think anybody from Nebraska knows the difference, or even gives a rodent's backside?

P.S. Corn prices are up because field corn is being planted instead of food corn because the farmers get more money for it, thanks to the government subsidy funded by me (and maybe you)
 
Actually its so high because there is such a demand. More need for beef and fuel means more corn needed and higher prices. But no one ever seems to understand the insane prices we have to put into the corn to grow it for you. And there has been an increase in corn production for food over the last several years.

That's no joke. Price of corn went up so the fertilizer companies triple and quadruple the price.

You should see the Net$/ton on all that crap. We are screaming for some type of profit sharing, but we have some lame thing called gain sharing where production tons and cost are the only variables. basically a way of dicking us.
 
No I would rather not. It would make me mad as hell haha.
Hell between the fert and the seed I owe almost 40k on that for under 200 total acres of corn. That doesn't include the round up either :cry:
