DJ May Suspended for Eastern Michigan

Heard about the situation around campus today and sounded pretty dumb. I think we all forget that not only are these athletes human, but they're kids too. Some are just smarter than others and learn how to avoid the situation. Hopefully DJ will take this as a learning event and become better from it. But what is interference anyways? Sounds like a waste of time to prosecute that in a court.

I would agree with you except he has consistently exhibited this kind of behavior or worse.

Could you please define consistently? It's not like he's been stealing crab legs, yelling expletives in the student union, and being accused of rape. I haven't heard of him doing things that endanger others (like another one of our players getting a DUI). Not sure why the tone of this thread is so negative...

Consistently? He has been suspended one time for team rules violation care to expand on how one time is consistently?
 
I love DJ May, think he's a talented guy. His decisions are not the best though. I saw him talking a lot of trash on the field and getting in ND players faces. He got flagged for it too. He needs to concentrate on the game and not hurt the team with his selfish antics. I expect more out a guy that's been in the program for four years. The off the field stuff is just a continuation of his on the field actions. He needs to stop acting like a kid out of HS and help right this ship.
 
I know what I am talking about. I don't need to bring these things to light, but he is not an upstanding member of this team and does not act in the way he should while representing UW. Weather he has been punished for them publicly or not, he has consistently violated team and university rules. I'll leave it at that. I want kids on this team to be selfless and he is not that. His behavior and choices puts his playing future in jeopardy and gives him the opportunity to let his teammates down.
 
For not saying anything, you sure talk a lot. You sound so angry, but sound too scared to share specifics... it's like he knocked up your wife or something.
 
He was bad... Very, very bad. He did bad things. They were so bad. He's a selfish person because of his naughtiness... It could burn your brain with bad thoughts, it was just so bad! It's not bad enough to make any news, but bad nonetheless.
