Personally we need to can CDC and hire Leach fast or CDC is going to make the Keonning years look really good. I could us going at worse 0-12 and at best 3-9 in 2011 with CDC.
 
are you guys really being serious about a new coach? last year at this time it was all about the currrent coach. this was suppose to be a program on the rise with a fancy new spread offense. now, after one more year with horrible line play on both sides of the ball, all the sudden you want the coach canned? you are aware it takes more than two years to build a program right?

Amazing, I think for the first time I agree with you! I too am questioning some of these "so called" fans and their actual "loyalty" to the program. Most of them sound more like a bandwagon fan to me.

In my opinion, 1 kid was ineligible, 1 kid was p whipped, 1 kid who knows - maybe he was/is high. Then there were a bunch of kids that didn't want to work hard, didn't want to be disciplined, and don't want open competition the entire time they are here.

Then we had 1 coach who got an offer from a Big 10 school. So, I would rather have coaches other teams want, than ones we want to fire.

We will be fine as long as the young guys pay attention to how Beizuns, Gipson, Hendricks, Knapton, Alexander, Muhammad, Purcell, Mertens, Schober, D Harris, get it done.

Last year was a flukey year for a couple reasons, Pokes will be back on track next season. Steady improvement, 8 win season on the horizon.
 
DC & staff are thinning out the weak ones from the team. When I say weak, it doesn't necessarily mean weak physically but also mentally. The ones that are left are Cowboy tough. We'll be a better team than we would be with them still here. DC is the kind of person I would want leading my squad if I were going into war.
 
I think we return a good core of players returning and who knows about qb till things shake out. Does it suck losing two year starting qb? Ya, but one of the incoming players (Smith and Pittser) could be good and Stratton and Miller might be good after their redshirt year. It is exciting to see a qb competion and I am excited for spring ball for a number of reasons.

When is national signing day for highschool recruits?
 
Is it fair to say the offense was improved over the year before? Is it also fair to say the improvement was in the running game? Let's not make too big of a deal over this. I think ACS was a good player, but hardly irreplaceable. If the qb play drops dramatically next year, then I think it's on DC. But lets wait till next year to see it on the field.
