Out of 90 people who serve in the Wyoming State Legislature, only 33 (37%) have ties to UW (spent time there, or graduated from). It is no wonder it is difficult to get funding for the athletic program when 57 out of 90 people probably haven't even set foot in a classroom at the university, let alone the stadium. It might be time to have a few more fans of Wyoming athletics run for office.

And I am happy to support BeaverPoke for whatever office he would like to pursue. Hell, I might even move back just so I can vote for him.

Hahaha, although I may be opinionated about politics, I really wouldn't know shit about running a state government. But you know I would be throwing millions of all our coal, oil, and natural gas money at UW athletics and academics.
We would be dominant in everything!
