these are the same questions I'm asking myself... could be the kid just wants to rid himself of the stigma of being a coaches son and not deserving a schollie. I do think he is a very smart and smooth player... one that I would gladly have on the team in morris marshals spot... not that it would ever happen.

his transfer could be amidst death threats, or stagnation.... who knows. good questions indeed. I like him as a player and hope the best for him and the New Mexico team. It boils down to an awkward situation, however the ad at New Mexico said Coach Neal deserves another year. What will really blow my mind is if their team finishes first next year. Their fans will self destruct on the negative gravity generated from eating their feet.

that's why I'm surprised above reproach. Just WEIRD!

I think it is the best decision for player and coach. Sometimes the father/son player/coach dynamic works but I think this is one of the timesthat it didn't. I think Cullen transferring will allow both of them to do their jobs better.
