CSU's 11-0 record is not...

Really creeping me out, considering they've struggled with Colorado, Denver and Northern Col.
All teams we played extremely well and handled 2/3 of them.
CSU has had some luck on their side this year in both basketball and football.

Pokes need to go beat Montana State in Bozeman, heal up over Xmas, protect the Dome of Doom against UNLV, get another road win in San Jose. Then... it can be sheep time.

That was a hell of a jinx you put on CSU, KAnsas!Got shat on by the Utes. Here's to a lengthy rebuild for those losers to the south.

And that was the sheep's best team in like 14 years or so.

CS-ewe has good team, but they'll get poked in the eye several times during MWC play. Even without Mullings, I expect NMSU to give the sheep all they can handle next Saturday in Las Cruces. Go Aggies!

I hope NMSU gives them all they can handle, but I really hope that they come into the border war undefeated when WYO comes to town. I want WYO to be the first poke in their eye! Not to mention that them finishing strong in OOC play will help our conference a bit.

they'll fold like cheap suits come Conf season, they mirror us a couple years ago, eerily similar, we'll see what they are made of on Jan 7 when we invade Moby and steal one from them there

Coming into the Border War undefeated would most likely mean the sheep are ranked. Not sure I could stomach that. Defensively, hang on Avila and Bejarano like cheap suits and take your chances with the others. Not sure why Avila is so poor at the FT line this year. Kind of surprising. Maybe try a little Hack-a-Shaq on him, when needed.

Spoke too soon. Sheep come in at #24 in AP this week. Only MWC team in Top 25. Time for some conference teams to pop 'em in the nose -- which will happen.

I can't wait to play the greeniest greenies this year!! Not scared of CSU and their high school gym.

Let's sweep em.

Their best wins are over teams we clobbered. We'll get our chance against them in a couple weeks.

Go Pokes!!

Only team in the current Top 25 who average less than 3,200 fans per game at home. Big time!

Let's not forget that these guys truly haven't played ANYBODY yet and NOBODY on the road. Going to CU for them really isn't much of a road game at all. Ya know what I mean? They've had a weaker schedule then us and we haven't even played that tough of one. Let's keep our eye on this Cal/Wisconsin game too. Should tell us a little about ourselves.

So true. They did beat a decent UTEP team at home, but nearly gave the game away in the 2nd half. UTEP played very poorly for the first 15 minutes of that game. Very sloppy play.

Sheep win the Great Alaska Shootout! Oh, wait......only one of the three teams they beat has a winning record, currently.

Wyoming's two losses (in true road tests) are against teams that are a combined 18-4 at this point.

Bring on the sheep dip.

CSU is fool's gold. Here's how I see the MWC unfolding:

1. Wyoming 14-4
2. SDSU 13-5
3. New Mexico 12-6
4. Boise 11-7
4. CSU 11-7
