Pittsburgh does not appear to shoot many 3-pointers, so presumably they do most of their damage inside. That is one place the Cowgirls (except for possibly Vandiver) don't muscle people around on defense.
The Cowgirls win because they hit their 3-pointers, don't turn the ball over, and plug up the middle defensively.
The Cowgirls lose because they don't rebound offensively, can't contain Pitt's speed, and shoot poorly from the outside.
