Cowgirls knock off No. 22 TCU

As I watched that game last night several things came to mind. After the TCU coach got a techincal foul called on him, and his overall behavior and coaching style, I realized even more what a great asset Joe is.
Was curious as to how he has been compensated the past few years. Granted, he hasn't won a MWC championship yet but look at the the things he has accomplished with the program since taking over.
Do we take care of Joe the way we should...anyone know if he got a bonus/raise for making the first ever NCAA appearance or winning a national championship in the WNIT??
I know he probably isn't getting paid what he deserves...I just hope that we are throwing him bones ever chance we get. I know a certain football coach got a nice bonus after 1 fluke year.

Hell there is a men's coach who got a two-year extension and a raise after taking us to ``the post-season'' even though the way we got to the tournament was after a hand full of other teams refused to buy their way into the tournament we coughed up the money so we could get our butts kicked by northeastern.

I know that his contract includes performance and academic based incentives. I am sure that the WNIT and NCAA tourney years resulted in bonuses and as far as I know the program meets APR requirements so he should be meeting those bonuses.

One other aspect of Joe's contract (it's true of Heath's as well) is that he gets a portion of season ticket revenue (I don't know the details). I am sure that has resulted in a nice increase (well deserved, since the ticket revenue is a result of his efforts).
 
When the season ticket sales were <100 I remember Joe would get $1 for every ticket sold, excluding season tickets. I remember visiting with him once at a Jr. High football game and told him we wouldn't get season tics because we wanted to make sure he got his cut from the sales. He said he appreciated that but he would rather have people with season tickets in the seats supporting the Cowgirls than worrying about his revenue. It was a sincere statement and just another tribute to what kind of guy Joe is.
 
he is a hell of a coach and deserves more than he makes for sure.
Where does it say TCU was ranked? ESPN says they aren't
