Cowboys to put it on the Lobos in the Pit tonight!

I hope you are right. I honestly don’t know what to expect? I thought they were a really good basketball team and then saw them play GCU.

GO POKES!

They have the talent and size and I believe they'll get better as we go. I'm just feeling good about this early one. I don't bet on anything though. :)

You're definitely right, phxpoke, the Pit is NO JOKE! They'll be packed and SCREAMING but I'm feeling good. It will definitely be a test.

We definitely do not have size. One of the major reasons we struggled so much against GCU was because of the size advantage they had at the guard positions. We weren’t used to playing against guards like that and it took us the entire first half to make adjustments for it.

We are at our best we we keep trying to penetrate. Got some good minutes from Gores. The defensive effort has been really good except for the offensive rebounds. We'll be fine if we play like this.

Any team with size is going to smack Wyoming around.
Sure looks that way. But they shot the 3 ball lights out in the second half. But teams that post up don't have the long scoring droughts we have. I don't know how many layups and dunks they had, but they got any shot they wanted in the 2nd half. We really looked outmanned.

This team is much better than last year. But it's pretty unlikely we'll win 1/2 of our conference games. The sheep just went down to Phoenix and beat GCU by 10. But they were ahead by 25 in the second half. The sheep lost at home to Nevada and lost by 40 at Utah state. Some of these teams are going to crush us - no matter where the game is played.
