Its that time again. Cowboys In Colorado Breakfast will be Saturday August 22 8:00 AM @ Johnsons Corner. I-25 and Campion Exit. Guests will be Matt Whisenant ,Deputy Director of Athletics at the University of Wyoming, Tim Collins and Michael Levy.{Michael is the new Asst AD for Development for CJC}.

In addition to our guest speaker we will have a short presentation re front range bus option to UW games:

" Hey Front Range Poke fans on the board,
Taking a survey to see the interest on charter busing services from Denver (1 or 2 stops) & FC (1 stop) to Wyo games. Taking a little initiative to gather interest info to see if it can happen and maybe even get athletics/alumni association/CJC support to help facilitate.

Two main questions; how many would like to take a charter bus and what would you pay per person (range will work)?

I would have one other regularly and pay between $ 20-30 per person.

The goal of course is to offer the most convenient option with enough interest to make it ofordable. Not sure if it will happen this year, but the CSU game on Nov. 7 (possibly coupled with the basketball game against Fort Lewis) and/or game against cal on Dec 5 could be good pilot runs, though not knowing the start time of the games will make logistics a little tough. Again, this is more of a general interest for possible future planning considerations.

We should find someone with an old school bus to run a charter from Cheyenne, too. There would be a LOT more people willing to come if they knew they could tailgate and have a guaranteed ride home.
