Cowboys/Aztecs Game Thread

Wow. Absolutely awful coverage on that touchdown AGAIN. Prosinski was one of the two Cowboys that bit. As good as he was earlier, this touchdown was pretty much all on Chris.

Well, I have a feeling Aztecs will try and run the ball a lot more after half time, so it might not hurt them too much. That last touchdown really hurt us. On the other hand, we may have tried to be a lot more conservative in the second half if we had gone into halftime with a lead. I want to see them come out with guns ablazin' and get to 40+ points in this game. Hopefully we can also keep them out of the endzone for the rest of the game. Two big mistakes by our secondary led to both their touchdowns.
 
We have done good stopping their runs and short passes...we've just given them the BIG plays. If it weren't for the long passes, SDSU wouldn't be in the game. If Lindley is hurt, they'll try to run more, and they haven't been too successful with that yet. That plays in our favor.

We need to keep throwing the ball! :popcorn:
 
I have to say that this has been a very entertaining game so far. I love watching ACS duck out of tackles and then complete touchdown throws :)

However - what the heck is up with our center(s?) not knowing how to snap the ball? ACS isn't THAT short, but he's had a ton of them sail way over his head this season, and several more that he's had to jump to pluck out of the air.
 
Holy shit... SDSU punter just CRANKED one down the field. 88 yard punt. Leonard wasn't deep enough and the ball took off. WOW.
