Cowboys add late signee from AF Prep

Oh I know.....I was born in Duncan and lived there as a little kid. My aunt died recently and had OU colors including flowers at her funeral. Even showed up at wyo/osu game with Sooner car flags.

My apologies for getting off topic :P

No apologies necessary. :D Was that OSU/UW game she attended in 2003 in Stillwater?

BTW, my mother hates Norman, OK in general. No idea why though.

LOL Obviously you never been to Oklahoma. There are people here who actually thinks Barry Switzer IS God and will follow him to the end of the earth.

I'm a big Mike Leach fan.. I follow all of the programs he's coached. Same with Steve Spurrier.

 OK, so maybe I'm the weird one. Out of curiosity, Titleist, what level of fandom do you have for their teams? Casually watch them or actually post on their team boards, buy gear, etc. None of my business to be sure, just curious; it is aspect of fandom I've never really thought about.

For me, its less about being a Bohl groupie. I don't think I would've followed Bohl anywhere. This is a place where I think something special will happen under Bohl, and I want to be a part of it.

As for the BYU/CSU stuff, my bad. I honestly forgot that this forum covers both Wyoming and MWC topics. Other forums I've been to separate the team and the conference discussion. I have this board favorited, so I hardly ever notice the subforum titles.

As long as you don't say ANYTHING positive about BYU on here, you'll be O.K. :thumb:

Most of my college football gear is Wyoming or Montana gear. I do have a Texas Tech t-shirt (I'm also a Kliff Kingsbury fanboi, loved him as a QB in college), and an AFA shirt.. mostly, I love college football. The only forums I post on are eGriz, WyoNation, and championshipsubdivision.com... and an occasional drive-by at MWCboard. I'll watch Wazzu, Texas Tech, SoCar, etc if they're on TV and not interfering with my main two teams. Wearing Wazzu gear in Missoula is kind of sacrilege due to our close geography to the Cougars, so we see them as a rival here, even though UM and WSU never play FB, and occasionally play basketball.

Pfft. I can say several positive things about BYU... the campus is in a pretty location. They've got plenty of pretty girls there. They know how to have good, clean, family fun without alcohol. Their turf is green. Many of them are pretty much bilingual (unless you talk about things not covered in a certain book)... ehm... err...

I think that just about covers it.

I kinda dig the Griz logo and football stadium. (still want them to lose to the Pokes and UND though..)

Now, this isn't a rule that anybody else has to follow, but I only wear gear from school's I attended.

I have a lot of U of North Dakota gear. I have a few Colorado State items. I have a lot of Pokes gear.

I only wear one school's stuff at a time. No UND/Wyo gear at the same time. Unless it's by accident. Sunday mornings...going out to get the paper.. Okay, it's happened...

Lets get back to the topic on hand. This kid came into summer workouts out of shape and eyes wide open. He is tiny, I hope he is lightning fast. Size is not always an indicator, case in point Trey, Jalen, and Chris. All small but effective. I noticed that Bohl has amped up his receiver recruiting. Makes sense since there is going to be a few graduating.....or at least out of eligibility.

Recruited as a slot receiver and punt returner.
Sounds like a role similar to what Ryan Smith played for Coach Bohl, though it looks like this guy is bigger.

This is correct. Vigen loved a great quick slot guy especially on 3rd down situations
