Cowboy swimmers lead, Cowgirls move up

This is pretty amazing considering the less than sub-standard facilities at UW. Burman needs to do something reward coach Tom Johnson, not only because he's earned it but to keep him at UW.
I know there were plans for a new swimming facility a couple years ago, but budget cuts have put the project on hold, maybe even completely killed it, I'm not sure.

The MWC doesn't sponsor swimming any more so UW competes in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation which includes BYU, who used to dominate swimming in the MWC.

The MWC does sponsor women's swimming but not men's. The women had a fantastic weekend this weekend. I was in San Antonio for it. They sure do deserve a new facility.

Hell, even LHS would be an improvement. I've been to Corbett, and even had swim lessons there, LHS is better.
