I said it once and I said it again, unless something crazy happens, Scott Frost is going to be the guy in Lincoln. I heard there’s a list of ten candidates and he’s going to be the choice. I will also admit that Bohl was on the list of candidates but where he was is unknown.

Stealing from another forum...

I was reading an article on Riley's buyout - it's in the range of $7 million. Plus, Nebraska is still paying off Pelini. Apparently, if they fire Riley this year, they will have to meet buyout obligations of more than $8 million over the next 5 years. (Pelini got another job, but Nebraska has to make up the difference between his current salary and what he was paid at Nebraska.)

So they're still paying Pelini, would have to pay Riley. Makes it less likely they'd be willing to shell out money for a large Bohl buyout.
