If Bohl can win these final two games meaning we get to play one more game (and hopefully win it), then yes I will lay off, and quit with the bitterness of being a let down Wyo fan once again.
Beaver (you have heard it before) but I have been regularly paying attention and attending Wyoming games since 1971 when Fritz Shurmur took the helm on the gridiron, and 1973 when Moe Radovich took over for Bill Strannigan in the tree bark lined floors of the Fieldhouse. And I have been let down more (as such) than you can probably imagine. And more than you could probably mentally handle - given your current condition.![]()
I thought about giving you my number, and asking you to call me in 40 years...so we could discuss how I really feel, how you really feel after 40 more years, and all the shit we waded through as a UW fans. But then I realized, I will be long gone by then. Six feet under. DOA.
So...please Wyoming, please. Win some conference titles, go undefeated, make the final four, do something in the next 30 or so years that is fantastic. Something I can really revel in. Bucket list shit...bucket list. Something that involves tearing down goal posts, nets, and has a big trophy attached to it. I don't want to die a disappointed Wyoming fan.
