the game on TV here in NC but I did get to see the highlights of the Cowboys stopping the two point conversion to win the game. I am going to try and catch more in-depth highlights tonight on Sports Center.

Gosh, you guys had a bad game last week. I don't know what happened but I didn't think UNLV was suppose to be on the same field as the pokes. But regardless, the Pokes are shaping up to have a very good season with two wins over ranked opponents.

I did get to watch the game with BSU because it was on ESPN or ESPN2, I can't remember which. LOL! But as good as you looked against BSU and beating SDSU I don't know how you have lost three games.

On a different subject, I was watching the national news earlier this week and it show Wyoming getting a rather large amount of snow. I was just wondering if Laramie and Cheyenne got a lot of snow or if it was just around the Yellowstone, Jackson Hole area?

Plus, as a general rule does the Laramie area have a White Christmas the majority of time? My wife and I are Christmas freaks and about once every 10 years we have a White Christmas where we live in Western NC. But, it would be neat to have a White Christmas every year.

Laramie and snow are extremely common. From October to may it can snow anytime

In my 20 years here we've had -10F christmas with no snow, 24" of white on Christmas. 2 years ago we had 55F on Dec 19th but then -30F Dec 31st and froze a couple of buildings on campus. Generally it is going to be cold and most likely white on Dec 25.

That would be good enough for me. As long as it were a White Christmas I wouldn't care if the snow fell three days before Christmas or on Christmas day.

Congratulations on a great and hard-fought win. Pokes were the better team, no question and were rock solid when they had to be. Enjoy your victory, you EARNED it!!
