Congrats Nathan Sobey and Jeron Granberry.

This is the reason why college sports are 1000 times better then professional sports. Well, that and the fact that Wyoming doesn't have any professional sports teams.

Great article Mike. Bravo.

That young man really has impressed me with his improvement. He turned out to be pretty fucking good.

Well, not to get ahead of myself here, but it looks like to me, that Sobey is playing the basketball he has ever played in his life. Is there any better time to start playing your best basketball of your life than conference tourney time?

Rumor has it that he worked extremely hard in the off season. Now if they can get Washington and Halderson to take notice and follow suit, maybe next year will turn out OK.

The interesting thing is that Sobey played very poorly through the first two months of the season. I have no doubt he worked hard in the offseason, but it certainly didn't translate immediately.

It seems like he was able to start generating confidence by having success off the dribble drive early in the MWC schedule and he has kind of built from there.

one more year with these 2 and we'd be a dangerous team next year, Granberry needed to score a bit more and Sobey found his role on this team a little late but I'm happy he came to play at the end!!!!!
