Colorado Fined for bWHYu Chants...

I call bullshit on this, and it pisses me off. The week prior, they chanted "FUCK WYOMING" all game, and nothing but crickets from the UW AD, Big 12, CU AD, etc.

But of course, then then momo's get their Jesus-Jammies in a bunch over the same chants basically, and now there are fines and public reprimands? Double standard, fuck you CU, fuck you Big 12, and a huge FUCK YOU to bWHYu.

I actually fell over laughing when I read about this the other day. My guess is that they (CU Admin & Big 12) were worried about any repercussions after what happened in Michigan when a guy rammed his truck into a Mormon Church killing 4 people I believe and setting fire to the building. The turd was killed by the cops btw.

This reminds me of something a little "off-color" I heard the other day that I thought was funny. I never heard it before but I am usually the last. Anyway, here goes...."you can't spell C***SUcker without CSU". Sorry.

I definitely need to get out more. But most people in Wisconsin have no idea what CSU even stands for. None of my UW law school buds had heard the saying, so we are a sheltered bunch. Nonetheless, I still think its funny and I enjoy watching CSU go down the tubes.

Maybe my memory is faulty....I seem to remember this happening before but can't recall the specifics.

Ultimately this is unsurprising....I don't think admin or whomever likes it, but they aren't giving out fines for F-U CSU or BYU or whatever but if it's aimed at a religious groups or some broader identity group it's going to tighten some sphincters.

Predictable and unsurprising.

It's not the chants they are worried about. What they are worried about is any eventual acts of violence against a religion which I get but still...

I agree with the fine. Chanting against religions is wrong and hopefully at least a few of the offenders will think it through and understand.
