Which actually wouldn't be a terrible thing for Pokes either - I think we could get a LARGE contingent down there with signs, myself included.

You better get your butts back to Laramie to go to the game at 130, guess that's doable as CGD gets over at 10....lol

Yeah, it'd definitely be doable. Longmont to Laramie is about 100 minutes. CU Campus from where I live in Longmont is about 30 minutes.

Maybe if both teams were ranked and there were no other compelling match-ups. Highly doubtful that both teams will be ranked after wins against the lowly Nevada schools this week. Western #21, 10-0, Western Michigan vs 8-2, Toledo in week 13 has a better chance than Laramie in week 12. Boulder in week 12 (#23 vs #12) or 13 (#15 vs #12), both with major Rose Bowl implications, is the closest Gameday is coming to Laramie.

You are right. Unfortunately, I think we had a pretty good chance of getting them had we won the game. Maybe it is a good thing though. Game Day might have been too much of a distraction.

I had to turn off game day today. Too hard to watch. Laramie would have done such a better job. We can hope it happens soon.

Gosh, you would have any number of choices on your campus to host College GameDay because your campus is so beautiful. It's the 2nd prettiest campus I have ever seen and I mean a close 2nd.

But, I am posting this message a week after the original post and GameDay was hosted at Western Michigan University because they are undefeated.
