Cockhill needed to be canned after the horrible ending to our 2005 season. A 4-1 start ends with a 6 game losing skid. :roll:

That's certainly what the trend was.

Three years of that was driving everybody in Wyoming nuts!

I don't blame ya'll. It sort of reminded me of the Von Appen years of UH football.

This is NOTHING!! The Keonning Years (2000-2002) makes this look like a picnic!!!

Our ONLY wins were against TWO I-AA schools from the Southern Conference, Utah State, Central Michigan, and Air Force (only MWC win in Koenning's THREE years at UW). We were actually hoping that the Pokes would lose to the I-AA schools just to give the university the excuse to fire him!!!!

Koenning was a MWC coach. Dimel was a WAC coach, as was Tiller.

1995: 51-6 (I have the DVD for that game courtsey of a buddy on Oahu)
1996: 66--0
1997: 35-6

Yup, don't think I will ever forget about Yarborough. I used to have nighmares of that dude burning our secondary, lol.

Hawaii's WR corp now reminds me of Yarborough and Marcus Harris.

Jason Rivers just recently knocked Marcus Harris out of 1st place for the WAC's #1 WR of all time. Davone and Ryan will probably do the same next year. And Davone is on pace to be the greatest WR of all time(Statistically)

Anyway back to topic, Wyoming's past is well behind them, if you need to look to the past to find your success your school is in big trouble, so try and stay in our current period Wyokie.

So what type of QB is Cole looking for???? Tim Tebowish??? Chris Leakish??
