I read Coach Grant's quote in the CST about failing fast and moving on. His group has failed over and over and we move on to more failure. And all he does is get promoted. Odd. I think it is time to move on...from him. He has produced NIL - even with generational talent from time to time. How an option QB from a late 1980's early 90's Nebraska team ever made sense as a WR coach is beyond me.

It seems like Bohl values certain unknown attributes over actual production. Probably some combination of loyalty to him, and not criticizing his decision making. I think Bohls ego and desire to prove others wrong rather than admit he might be wrong is his biggest weakness as a coach. It’s the only way I can rationalize things like Grant, and his playing certain players over others. To be fair, I’m not entirely against this on principle, but it seems like Bohl probably takes it way too far. At some point results and talent matters.
