This was posted on eGriz yesterday.. interesting thread on Joe Glenn over there.

2 websites - coacheshotseat.com and footballrumormill.com say Joe is as good as gone. Say the AD, President and boosters are REALLY pissed about the season, the team's performance, and Joe flipping the bird. Both predict his firing this year, especially if they lose to CSU this weekend.

And just a few weeks ago, he was being mentioned for the Nebraska job.

I don't know much about the websites, but thought it was pretty interesting.

Obviously. Thats my point. 5-7 was great 4 years ago. Its not anymore. And no one is saying Glenn should be gone. But I would say if he can't put up a winning conf. record next year, he will have proven nothing other than regression.
You know what though? Things are changing here in Laramie. I didn't see it coming, but nuts and bolts are popping off the support shelter at a much quicker pace then I expected. The Cowboy Talk host is saying without progression next season, Glenn should find himself on the hot seat.
I dont know, all of this just makes me sick. I love Joe Glenn and would love nothing more then to see him win here. And I feel in my gut like he can, I always have. But more and more I just get the feeling .500 is all he's got.

I'm sure thats how you felt with Tiller too, before his last year. Let's see: 4-6-1, 5-7, 8-4, 6-6, 6-5. ?
All of a sudden he gets the team to play lights out and bolts for Purdue. I'm seeing that it took him five years to get things rolling.
With a new Off Coord. don't be surprised to see the Offense gradually mold into it. Don't be surprised to see Wyoming go 8-4 or 7-5 next year.

My feeling is that Coach Glenn's charm and charisma is giving him another year, but the honeymoon is definitely over.
