I was too disgusted to tune in on the ride home, plus I was having too much fun trying to forget about the game listening to my 5 year old break it all down for me...but did anyone hear DC's post game comments? If so...?

Saw a quick blurb on the news. He was pissed about the af qb faking an injury after his helmet came off. That's all they showed.

I don't know about this. Do you think Calhoun really did that? Let's hope not, but if the play was reversed, and DC didn't have a T.O., would he do that? Is it shady or upperhand in coaching? I don't know.

Either way, even though Calhoun had a big @ss smirk on his face I wanted to punch off, DC looked like a clown....err... a guy that knows he better turn this ship around.

I think he did. I was sitting at home watching the game and watching the AF QB and hes kneeling down and fixing his pant leg, with a normal look on his face, no pain or anything and it clicked in my head once the trainers came out that since his helmet came off the backup would have to go in for a play. Once the trainers got over there his face changed to like he was in pain and looking at the trainers faces they kept looking over to the sideline and at that moment i knew they were stalling and that the qb wasnt really hurt. just my opinion tho. Do i think that lost us the game, no def not there was still at least 7 min left. Once again we lost the game but i do think its messed up that they stalled just to get the backup qb warmed up

There is no doubt in my mind about that being a fake injury. It happened right in front of the crowd - I sit at the 50 yard line lower level, so it was to my left a little but still very easy to see. I saw him running off the field carrying his helmet and then he stopped and went into his act. The crowd saw it too and started booing - the Wyoming crowd doesn't do that when an opposing player gets injured. Good for DC for raising hell about it instead of just grinning about it. AF actually gets away with quite a bit and are coached to play right on the edge of the rules (such as some of their blocking and a PI no flag). They had 2 penalties to our 8 - and our 8 were for the most part at the most critical times. I'm a veteran, so I have a lot of respect for the military academies, but still.

That "injury" was complete bullshit. I'm not holding anything against HCDC for chewing Calhoun's ass like that. Honor, Service, and Integrity my ass.
